One million plant and animal species face the threat of extinction. Major causes include the loss and fragmentation of their habitats. But with the landacquisition fund of IUCN NL we can turn the tide. By purchasing land in strategic places, local organisations can protect, connect and restore the habitats of endangered species!

I raising funds for IUCN NL as it’s a small and efficient organisation. IUCN NL functions as a spider in the web by collaborating with local nature organisations. Together they develop win-win situations by preserving nature and biodiversity while generating income for the local community. During my trip I will witness first hand how these funds will be implemented. I will report out my advantures and observations.
